We're Automating Compliance in the new modern World with our Visitor and Employee Management System
Since 2005 our parent company MyMedia Inc has been on a mission to help organizations to better communicate with digital display technology. In 2016 MyLobby created a visitor management system for an easy and efficient way for businesses of all sizes to manage their visitors and contractors entering the building by entering their details along with a customized questionnaire. Most recently, this has evolved from only a visitor management system into a fully automated visitor and employee management system in this post-pandemic world.
When this pandemic hit North America in the Spring of 2020, our visitor management customers were calling us to see how we could include the temperature screening of visitors and employees to help keep their place safe. With the collaboration from Facility Managers and Environmental Health and Safety Professionals, we were able to tweak our offering into a fully visitor and employee management system.

As soon as you register, you’ll be provided with all the essentials you need to get your own Visitor Management System up and running. You don’t need any special technical platform to run it – it’s all in the cloud. In addition, the platform is highly secure and meets all current industry standards.
