MyLobby visitor management system, functioning akin to a directory where visitors, upon arrival at a facility, can enter the name of the individual they are visiting. Within this directory is a comprehensive list of all employees, complete with their email addresses and mobile phone numbers, if provided and registered in our address book.

Upon a visitor’s entry, the system dispatches notifications via SMS/MMS & Email to the respective host, promptly informing them of their visitor’s presence. Hosts have the option to respond immediately with predefined or custom messages. Beyond visitor notifications, the system is also equipped to broadcast critical safety instructions during emergencies to all registered employees. All employees and visitors are well-informed and have explicitly consented to participate in this communication system, ensuring smooth visitor management and prompt emergency alerts.
