Hotdesking and hoteling is a space-sharing practice that allows employees to select desks/rooms prior to arriving in the office. Hoteling, on the other hand, is eliminating assigned seats in the office/workspace which then allows employees to make a reservation of a desk/room (in advance) depending on the type of work that they have to do on a day-to-day basis.

Can a user be logged out if they forgot to log out themselves before the end of their booking time?

Yes, they can be logged out by the admin from the MyLobby backend.

Can a user book for another person in Hotdesking and Hoteling App

Each individual user has to sign-in on the app and book their private office and open hotdesk, however, with meeting rooms, you can add and invite colleagues.

Which workspaces can a user book on the hoteling app?

The user can book desks, meeting rooms, and offices within the MyLobby Hoteling App.

Is the booking app available on both IOS and Android?

The MyLobby Hoteling App can be used on both Apple and Android devices.

Where can I download the Hotdesking and Hoteling app?

No download is required. Each user has a unique URL web page that they can bookmark on the home screen of their phone or computer. This enables the user to access it quickly like an app.

Is the Hoteling App suitable for all business types?

The MyLobby Hoteling App can be used by many types of businesses. It makes it easy for employees to get back to work with confidence and trust in their employer in providing a safe work environment.
