This QR code and link will instantly take you to our prescreening questionnaire, where you can provide the necessary information and upload any required documents. Once you’ve completed the questionnaire and document upload, our dedicated compliance personnel will review your submission promptly. STEP 2: Wait for the Confirmation Email
Upon approval of your prescreening entry, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your unique QR code and PIN code found at the bottom part of the email. These codes are your keys to seamless access at our facility.
In the confirmation email, we’ve gone the extra mile to enhance your convenience. Not only will you find your unique QR code and PIN code, but we’ve also hyperlinked the date for easy integration into your calendar. With just a click, you can add your scheduled visit to your preferred calendar app, ensuring you never miss an appointment.
Additionally, we’ve hyperlinked the location of our facility within the email. Should you require guidance on finding us, simply click on the location link, and you’ll be directed to a map detailing our precise location.
STEP 3: Sign-in to the Tablet Kiosk
Method 1: QR Code Scanning
Upon your arrival at our facility, your seamless entry experience begins. Positioned prominently on site is a sleek tablet kiosk, designed for efficiency and ease of use. As you approach the tablet kiosk, you’ll immediately recognize the familiar QR code icon displayed on the screen, beckoning you to expedite your entry process. Simply reach out and touch the QR code icon on the tablet screen. This action initiates the scanning process for your QR code invitation for express entry and badge printing.
Method 2: ID Scanning
Alternatively, for visitors who prefer a different method, there’s the option to scan their government-issued photo ID. This allows them to sign in at the kiosk and promptly print their visitor badge. The process is straightforward: just place your ID securely in the designated scanner holder located at the back of the tablet kiosk.
