How to Sign In to Your MyLobby Hoteling Application

You will receive an email invitation from noreply@my-lobby.com with your log-in credentials. The email should look like this:

On the Hoteling App on your phone, make sure you are on the home page so you may now log in. Enter the email address and password you have in the invitation email. Under the “Site ID” field, enter the site ID number.

How to Book Using Desk/Room's QR Code

All desks, offices, and meeting rooms will be assigned unique QR codes for easy identification and booking. Simply utilize the “Scan QR Code” button to scan the QR code of the desired desk or room, enabling swift and hassle-free booking directly from the MyLobby application. This seamless process enhances efficiency and ensures accurate reservations, allowing users to effectively manage their workspace needs with convenience and precision. Additionally, by integrating QR code scanning into the booking process, users can swiftly navigate the application and make reservations with ease, enhancing overall user experience and productivity.
