If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and process a refund if necessary.

You agree to notify MyLobby immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment options. By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and agree to pay the total amount due. MyLobby takes payment security seriously and utilizes industry-standard encryption technologies to protect your financial information during transactions.
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery as long as it meets the following conditions:
1. Any defective device received by the client can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
2. Customers have 30 days from date of delivery to return items for a full refund if the item is proven defective, or the incorrect product.
3. The customer must have an RMA number from MyMedia Inc prior to returning the device
4. The customer has to pay for return shipping,
5. The customer will give MyMedia Inc the opportunity to diagnose the device remotely prior to issuing an RMA number to validate the issue reported by the customer.
6. MyMedia Inc will impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
7. Any returned MyMedia Inc device that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
Lead-Time
3 weeks. When you place an order, please allow a lead time of 3 weeks for the delivery of your purchased items. This timeframe accounts for order processing, packaging, and shipping. In the event that you do not receive your purchased items within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you are entitled to a full refund. We strive to keep our customers informed about any potential delays, and we encourage you to reach out if you have any questions about your order status.
NOTE:
Once your return is initiated, please be aware that processing can take up to 25 days. After we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will require an additional 2 business days to process your refund. It’s important to note that your credit card company or bank may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. This timeline is dependent on the policies of your financial institution, and MyLobby is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
MyLobby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claims related to your use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
MyLobby reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly for updates. Your continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
